Account Deletion Guide
You can learn how to permanently delete your account and data belonging to the Kelimax application below.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Deleting your account is a permanent action. All Gold, Diamonds, XP, League progress, Cosmetics, and Game history will be permanently (irreversibly) deleted. Once you delete an account, we cannot restore your progress.
Deletion Process via Mobile App (Recommended)
In compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play guidelines, you can quickly delete your account directly from within the game.
- Open the Kelimax application on your device and make sure you are logged into your account.
- Click on the Profile / Settings icon in the top right corner of the Home Screen (or in the navigation menu).
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page that appears.
- Press the red "Delete Account" button.
- In the warning dialog box that opens, click the checkbox to confirm the action and approve.
After you confirm, the system will log you out and your database records will be anonymized in the background within 30 days at the latest, severing all connections.
Account Deletion Request via Email
If you do not have access to the application or if you want to perform the process manually, you can contact us via email provided you pass the security steps.
Please send an email in the following format using the email address you are registered with:
Subject: Account Deletion Request - [Your Player Name]
Hello,
I request that my account in the Kelimax application and all associated data be permanently deleted.
My Username: [Your full name in the application]
My Email Address: [Email address linked to the account]
Manual Process
- When your request is received by our support team, a confirmation link/code may be sent to you for identity verification.
- After the verification process is completed, your account will be completely cleared from the system within 30 working days at the latest.
- You will be informed when the deletion process is completed.
