Terms of Service

Rules you must follow while using our service.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By downloading, installing the Kelimax application, or accessing the kelimax.app website, you have completely read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you should not use our application and website.

2. Account Creation and Security

  • You can use the Kelimax application as a "Guest" or as a member with an email/social account.
  • If you become a member, keeping your account login information confidential is your responsibility.
  • The responsibility arising from any activity occurring through your account belongs to the person performing the transaction.
  • Choosing offensive, hate-speech containing, or inappropriate usernames or avatars is prohibited. If detected, it may be changed without notice or the account may be permanently closed.

3. In-Game Codes and Community Rules

To keep the Kelimax community fair, fun, and safe for all players, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Cheating and 3rd Party Software: Using any external software, word finder bot, or manipulation tool that provides an advantage in the game.
  • Chat Abuse: Sending insults, threats, spam, or marketing materials against the opponent in multiplayer modes (or dual games).
  • Artificial Scoring: Intentionally losing the game by agreeing with other players (or your side accounts) / unfairly grinding XP and Gold.

Our system is constantly monitored by "Fair Play" algorithms. Accounts found to violate the rules can be banned indefinitely ("Ban") regardless of the virtual currency and cosmetics on them.

4. Virtual Items and Purchases

There are virtual currency (Gold, Diamonds) and items (Cosmetics, Power-ups) in the application that can be obtained with real money or in-game events (Daily Quests, XP).

  • Virtual items have no real-world cash value. They cannot be sold, traded, or transferred outside the application.
  • The virtual products you purchase cannot be canceled and (except in cases of return required by law) their fees will not be refunded.
  • Kelimax reserves the right to change the prices and availability of virtual products without notice for the balance of the game ecosystem.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

KeliMax offers an auto-renewable subscription called "KeliMax PRO" that provides premium features such as ad-free gameplay, bonus rewards, exclusive cosmetics, and more. The following subscription plans are available:

  • KeliMax PRO Monthly: Monthly subscription that auto-renews every 1 month.
  • KeliMax PRO Yearly: Annual subscription that auto-renews every 12 months.
  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in your local currency within the app and on the subscription screen before purchase. Prices may vary by region.

By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the original subscription.
  • You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your device's Account Settings (App Store or Google Play Store) after purchase.

6. Interruption / Termination of Service

Although we strive for servers to work with the highest efficiency (99.9% Uptime), the game service may be temporarily stopped due to technical maintenance, server failures, or unforeseeable reasons. Our company cannot be held responsible for points, game streak, or ticket losses that may occur in such cases.

The company unilaterally has the right to terminate supported features or completely end the broadcasting life of the application.

7. Copyrights

The Kelimax logo, "Kelimax" brand, designs, software codes, interface elements, sound effects, and all original contents belong to us. They cannot be copied, reproduced, and used for commercial/non-commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of violation of these terms of use, we reserve the right to resort to any legal and criminal remedies. In unresolved disputes, the laws of the Republic of Turkey will apply and Istanbul (Caglayan) Courts will have jurisdiction.
